How are ChocoQR messages personalized?
​​When you present someone with a ChocoQR gift and they scan the chocolate, they will see a personalized message and a video on their smartphone. When you order ChocoQR, you will specify the name of the recipient and a personalized message for them! ChocoQR will dynamically access your unique message when the chocolate is scanned! Additionally you can enter a phone number along with the message so that the recipient can call you and let you know what an amazing and thoughtful gift it is (and ask where you got it)!!
 
How does ChocoQR work?
ChocoQR is simple. The chocolate that you will buy has a QR code, a type of square barcode, embedded on top of the chocolate. As with any QR code, you take a smartphone with a camera and scan the code to reveal what is held in it. The code on the chocolate will pop up a personalized message and video on your phone from a friend or loved one!
 
I cannot scan my chocolate!!! Help!!!
Do not worry! If you are having any technical issues and cannot scan the chocolate, contact us  with  your issue and we will promptly respond and help you resolve any issues you might be having.

 

What do I need to use ChocoQR?
ChocoQR is easy to use. All you need is a smartphone and an appetite for some delicious chocolate. To scan a ChocoQR chocolate use a smartphone with a camera and a scanning application. Android, iPhone iOS and Blackberry OS all have free applications for scanning QR codes. If you don’t have an app, order a box of ChocoQR for that special someone and make sure one of you has a scanning app!
 
Where can I find a scanning app?
All major phone operating systems have free scanning applications in their respective application stores, such as Android Market and iTunes App Store. Get an app and scan away!Sample Free QR Scanning Apps:

What allergens are contained in your products?
Many of our products are gluten-free, however all of our products are manufactured in a facility that handles tree nuts, peanuts, sesame seeds, wheat, soy and milk proteins.
 
What is your shipping method?
Shipping chocolate can be tricky, because nobody likes melted chocolate. We use special packaging to preserve the QR code as well as the quality of the chocolate, so rest assured your little treasures will arrive at your door safe and sound.
